Operational Procedures during Covid19

 

DMC Estonia has always prioritised the safety, health and general well-being of our guests.

Here are the basics we use in our day-to-day operations to minimize the risks of spreading pathogens.

   

Our staff and partners

Are making sure no one from among themselves is affected by any symptoms.

Are equipped with EN 149 - FFP3 graded respirator masks and personal hand sanitizers.

Travel to site alone using their own transport

Avoid physical contact, keeping a 2m (6ft) distance between the conversation partner

Avoid contact with sick or self-isolating persons both on and off duty

Are trained on how to properly clean and sanitize different types of surfaces.

   

On tour

In transportation and venues, hand sanitizers are available and refilled regularly, seating is planned with higher distance in between Guests

High contact surfaces and priority locations are cleaned and disinfected on a routine basis with  greater and more frequent emphasis on commonly touched surfaces.

Trash cans are emptied regularly and are equipped with lids when possible.

Closed spaces are well ventilated.

Guests are reminded to keep distance from others

Masks are mandatory for all staff and Guests, masks will be provided by DMC Estonia.
